Subsidized passes

The Vancouver Park Board supports recreation for all.

If you are not able to participate in recreational programs because of low income, you may qualify for the Leisure Access Program, which gives you access to free and discounted recreational programs and services.

Non-profit agencies that assist their clients to attend recreational programs and foster parents may be eligible for an Leisure Access Agency Pass to attend programs with their clients and foster children at no charge.

Leisure Access Agency Pass

The Leisure Access Agency Pass gives free access to basic recreation services at Park Board facilities to Vancouver non-profit agency staff and volunteers that accompany and assist their clients. Find out if you qualify and apply for the pass.

Strathcona recreation subsidy pilot program

We offer lower cost admission to Strathcona Community Centre's recreation programs for residents of the V6A postal code area with financial challenges. You may be eligible to receive a 25%, 50%, or 75% subsidy.
