Stanley Park Railway Easter Train

The Easter Fair is back!

Hop on the Stanley Park Train for an egg-citing Easter ride through Stanley Park through the forest and look for cotton-tailed inhabitants! After the train ride, kids can enjoy fun activities including:

  • Bunny Burrow maze
  • Professional face painting by the Doodle Girls
  • Egg hunt in the farmyard – check out our new entrance this year!
  • Indoor egg hunt for toddlers in the small Barn
  • Meeting the Easter Bunny
  • Easter crafts
  • Bouncers and carnival games

Adults can join in the fun too! Don’t miss out on this unique all ages Easter event. Limited seats available.

Tickets are sold in half-hour time slots. Join the train line at the start of your ticket time. 

Tickets are only valid for the date and time shown on the ticket, and are non-refundable.

Same-day tickets

Is the time slot you want sold out online? Buy same-day tickets in person at the train ticket booth next to the train, starting at 9:30am.

We reserve 20% of each day's tickets for sale at the ticket booth. Come early to avoid sold-out time slots.

Egg hunt

The Easter egg hunt runs throughout the day in the farmyard with treats from Daniel le Chocolat Belge! Bring your own basket. Toddlers hunt indoors in the small Barn.  

  • All ages $5 (prices do not include tax)
  • Last entry is at 4:40pm. 

Carnival activities

Participate in a number of activities by purchasing strip tickets onsite.

  • Strip tickets are $2 each (prices do not include tax)

 Leisure Access Program (LAP) passholders can buy tickets onsite for March 17 and 18 (train-only preview) and March 22 to 25. LAP passes are not applicable March 29 to April 2.

Participate in Easter carnival activites by purchasing tickets onsite.

Easter egg hunt

Inflatable bouncers

Jump around in one of our bouncers.

Face painting

Professional face painters the Doodle Girls  will help you get your Easter face on! Cost is 3 strip tickets.

Our concession stand, the Bunny Hop Café, will be offering burgers, hot dogs, fries, beverages, and more. The Cob House by Stanley Park Ecology Society will be selling organic popcorn and water.

We will also have food trucks onsite:

On rainy days, you can stay dry with a covered train and line-up, and indoor egg hunt.

We sell rain ponchos for $2.75 that come in a handy plastic case that can clip to your keys.


    The Easter Train is located on Pipeline Road in Stanley Park, via the West Georgia Street park entrance.

    Take public transit External website, ride your bike, or walk to the Easter Train.

    Pay parking is available in parking lots and streets in Stanley Park.


    The entire site is wheelchair accessible.

    The train has a special carriage with room for two people in wheelchairs and seats for their companions.

    We help passengers in need of assistance to board the train.

    Stroller parking is also available.

    Dogs at the Stanley Park Train

    Please note that dogs of any size are not permitted on the train out of consideration for our visitors with allergies or who are fearful of dogs. 

    Certified service animals are permitted.
